Visual aspect: quite deep hue of dark garnet-red colour. Quite present, fine, translucent and brilliant tears. Nose: pure, neat, on red fruit compote aromas with a dominant strawberry scent. Palate: vegetal first taste, firm tannins, vegetal notes. Match with food: young wild boar stew with Sarlat-style sautéed potatoes. Comments: to decant for a greater pleasure.
