Visual aspect: a gleaming topaz, amber hue. Nose: graceful aromas of honey, dried fruits, figs, dates, spices and gingerbread, really lovely, very elegant and refined, with scents of mocha and a touch of vanilla. Palate: a flavour of dried fruit returns again, it is mellow, lively, rich in alcohol and very well-balanced. Match with food: dark chocolate, fig tart. Comments: a magnificent Armagnac.
