Palate: fresh first taste, silky tannins; the mid-palate is complex with a lot of energy. The aromas of the nose open up on the palate with a straight finish. Match with food: fillet of pike-perch with a red wine sauce and a reduction of Porto. Comments: very pleasant wine. Very well-made.
