Color: clear and star bright with a moderate straw yellow color and hints of greenish sheen. Nose: beautiful ripe aromatics of yellow blossom, salted almond and ripe yellow pear, peach and preserved lemon. Hint of aromatic herbs. Palate: dry with a moderate body and a round mouthfeel but with a brisk acidity. Midpalate has some weight and oiliness with good concentration of fruit like lemon, juicy yellow peach, slight bitter notes of fresh almond and some saline and savoury flavours of aromatic herbs. Pairing: perfectly enjoyable now with sardines in aromatic herbs, garlic and olive oil. Comment: a nice example of Luberon blanc.
