Visual aspect: pale yellow. Nose: exotic, on scents of pineapple, citrus, acacia, a hint of honey. Palate: round, good balance, sweetness, persistency, fruitiness with a hint of acidity, very fresh. Match with food: pike-perch with white butter sauce. Comments: nose and palate in complete harmony. One of our favorite.
