Visual aspect: a beautiful, concentrated, deep ruby-red hue and long, fine tears.
Nose: very delicate, supple and streamlined aromas revealing interesting hints of leather, intensified by scents of liquorice and raspberry.
Palate: soft, with velvety-smooth texture and tightly-knit structure, marked by extremely mature tannin. The long finish is excellent and smooth.
Match with food: topside of venison.
Comments: it should be left to age for a few more years so that it may become a collector's wine. Magnificent!
