Visual aspect: a pale yellow hue with greenish tinges. Nose: aromatic, with scents of white-fleshed fruit, such as apple. Palate: superb on the first taste, pure and direct. Lovely balance. The finish is a little bit short but very pleasant. Match with food: serve as an aperitif or with seafood. Comments: a really lovely champagne.
