Château Beauregard Mirouze
Visual aspect: garnet-red hue, brown-orangy tinges. Nose: pleasant evolution, undergrowth, animal notes. Delicately woody, empyreumatic, garigue, liquorice. Palate: ample, tight and silky tannic background, black fruits, blackberry, liquorice; sweet spices on the finish. Match with food: pheasant in saupiquet. Comments: nice wine, very typical of the Corbières.
