Visual aspect: a pale golden hue. Nose: aromas of peach, apple and greengage plum. Palate: wonderful freshness and good flavour. Excellent first taste. An ethereal champagne. Match with food: bass with a buttery-aniseed and grapefruit sauce. Comments: lovely balance, a success of this vintage.
