Visual aspect: garnet-red colour, purple tinges with pink shades. Good intensity. Fine and light tears. Nose: notes of small red fruits (stawberry) and spices (pepper), hint of liquorice. Palate: supple first taste. We find again the small fruits and the élevage aromas (vanilla, smoked side). Hint of undergrowth. Match with food: pot-au-feu. Comments: a pleasurable and simple wine.
