Visual aspect: intense ruby-red colour with purple tinges, brilliant. Nose: delicate and subtle, with notes of small red and black fruits (blackcurrant, redcurrant jelly, raspberry) and a touch of spices as vanilla, cardamom and pepper. Palate: smooth and supple palate, very nice tannins, very fine. Long and unctuous finish. Match with food: beef fillet with green pepper sauce. Comments: a superb wine.
