Visual aspect: ruby-red colour, dark and pink tinges. Nose: deep, garrigue, red fruits. Caramel with chocolate notes. Very crispy. Palate: very pleasant, with a supple first taste. A warm mid-palate. We can notice notes of butter with chestnuts and raspberry. Tight tannins which deserve to be awaited. Match with food: duck fillet with Grand Veneur sauce. Comments: very nice wine deserving to be kept to have a more marked balance.
