Visual aspect: beautiful golden colour. Nose: very appetizing, dried currants, quince. Palate: light but pleasant acidity, sustaining freshness and minerality. Nice length. Match with food: Tatin tart with whipped cream and slivered almonds; foie gras with fig chutney. Comments: a very successful and promising wine.
