Visual aspect: a luminous ruby colour with bluish tinges.
Nose: expressive, it combines mineral hints with pure, fresh aromas of small red fruit (raspberry, redcurrant).
Palate: supple, soft and stylish, developing on delicate, rich tannins. The finish is elegant and tremendously long.
Match with food: pheasant roasted with chestnuts.
Comment: a lovely wine which should reveal far more if we are patient enough to let it age sufficiently.
