Palate: well-balanced, with a beautiful freshness, broad. Silky tannins, liquorice-scented and melted. Cocoa notes again, spices; over-ripe blackcurrant. Match with food: prime rib of beef; dark chocolate fondant. Comments: a harmonious wine with a good ageing potential.
