Visual aspect: pale gold, quite radiant colour. Nose: dominated by mineral scents like gun-flint, rubbed flint. Palate: lovely balance, material and freshness, well-structured. We find minerality again. Match with food: rapidly pan-fried scallops with spices. Comments: a racy, harmonious wine, pure pleasure!
