Visual aspect: a dark colour with purple tinges.
Nose: still some hints of reduction and aromas of small black fruit (blackcurrant, blackberry).
Palate: round and rich revealing perfect balance. It finishes on fresh, crisp tannins.
Match with food: roasted leg of youg wild boar.
Comment: a marvellous wine that should be aged more.
