Domaine François Carillon
Visual aspect: straw yellow very radiant colour. Nose: very expressive with aromas of white blossom, unveiling good concentration with notes of honey, brioche, pastry. Palate: pure and supple attack evolving to white-fleshed fruit aromas. Fat palate enhanced by a very nice acidity. Long finish with full minerality. Match with food: a fillet of John Dory. Comments: a beautiful Puligny stemming from a perfect mastery of the work of wood. A wonderful tasting.
