Visual aspect: straw yellow gold colour, yellow green tinges. Young, brilliant, limpid, pure and neat. Nose: explosive aromas of yellow-fleshed fruits, almond, fern, rich and fresh at the same time. Palate: broad and powerful. Fresh and nervous finish, with candied lemon, honey and peach. Very good length. Match with food: roasted lobster, bisque sauce. Comments: a wine of character, powerful and delicate at the same time, rich.
