Visual aspect: a vivid light golden colour, radiant with sparkling tints.
Nose: concentrated, dense, revealing scents of white and yellow-flehsed fruit, then honey, fresh butter and spices (cinammon, vanilla).
Palate: extremely fresh on the first taste. It is pure and mineral with tremendous length.
Match with food: supreme of poultry with morel mushrooms.
Comment: an elegant, mineral wine, which can be enjoyed now for its freshness, but if left to age it will gain more fullness.
