Visual aspect: amber hue. Nose: spices, cinnamon, white pepper. Rich nose with a floral side. Palate: beautiful, supple, fresh first taste. A note of caramel and spices. Good length, nice sweetness. Gourmet pairings: spicy pigeon pastilla. Comments: excellent product. One of the sommeliers' favourites.
