Visual aspect: vibrant, dazzling, with a golden-yellow colour.
Nose: mineral, complex, on aromas of crystallised fruit, butter, honey and brioche hints.
Palate: lovely first taste, it is fresh, harmonious and well-balanced. The finish is expressive and persistent.
Match with food: serve as an aperitif, or with very thinly sliced marinated raw salmon.
Comment: champagne of character, worthy of this appellation. A first-rate Extra-Brut!
