Visual aspect: pale, limpid, beautiful tears. Nose: very fine with ripe fruits (peach, pear) and a delicate mineral hint. Palate: powerful, fat, revealing a beautiful structure and a good balance. Long and intense finish. Match with food: roasted scallops, peas purée with mint. Comments: a very nice white wine, pure and mineral.
