Visual aspect: golden yellow hue, green tinge, fat. Nose: pronounced intensity, young. Vegetable note, empyreumatic, vanilla, honey, pear, raisins. Palate: pure first taste, pronounced acidity. Fat structure, quite rich. Ripe fruits and compote. Match with food: grilled white meat; fresh goat’s cheese; young Cantal cheese. Comments: nice balance, more woody than fruity. Pronounced elevage.
