Visual aspect: averagely deep clear topaz colour. Nose: green apple and ripe apple scents. Lovely intensity and fineness. Harmonious and fine nose. Palate: lovely and faithful to the nose. Alcohol is present but very nice, sustaining the aromatic range of the nose. Gourmet pairing: rhubarb tart with crumble. Comments: a pleasurable product that evolves continually. One of our favorites!
