Visual aspect: a concentrated, radiant ruby-red hue with dark purple tints.
Nose: pure, elegant, distinctly jammy aromas, it is fresh and fruity. Delicately woody spices can be sensed too. Palate: pure on the first taste, assertive, with an excellent firm texture. Extremely subtle, revealing flavours of pepper, laurel bay and plum on a pleasant structure of tannin.
Match with food: calf's sweetbread.
