Visual aspect: bright golden hue, fine bubbles in a lovely ring. Nose: aromatic, toasted with scents of mushroom, hazelnut, brioche. Delectable and typical of Pinot Noir. The second nose exudes scents of undergrowth. Palate: round first taste. Very rich, generous, skilfull wine; a lovely mid-palate with a fresh, long-lasting and very pleasant aftertaste. Match with food: a gastronomic Champagne. Comments: even more astonishing after decanting.
