Visual aspect: straw yellow colour with golden tinges. Fine and light bubbles. Lovely effervescence. Nose: beautiful intensity, clean, white-fleshed fruits (pear, apple), a floral note. Palate: supple first taste, lovely fine bubbles. Wonderful aromas, notes of vanilla. Match with food: thin apple tart; for the aperitif with petits fours. Comments: a wine for an aperitif with friends.
