Visual aspect: an amber, orangy hue. Nose: scents of orange and honeysuckle, very floral, elegant aromas. Palate: supple and full-bodied on the first taste, no burning sensation and flavours of orange peel, without a hint of bitterness. Tremendous maturity and a certain fullness. Match with food: Tatin tart. Comments: superb!
