Visual aspect: bright, amber-coloured.
Nose: slightly strong note of alcohol, but well incorporated, a fragrance of candied orange and quinine.
Palate: warm on the first taste, with a flavour of prune and sultana. Long and very round on the finish.
Match with food: a selection of strong cheeses, melon.
Comment: the Goyard Distillery gives us a treat with this excellent Ratafia.
