Visual aspect: amber colour, coppery tinges, translucent and gleaming hue. Nose: citrus, lime, kaffir lime, bergamot, cinnamon, vanilla, liquorice. Palate: vivid first taste on a range of very tangy red fruits (wild cherry, Gariguette strawberry). Supple and round, slightly fat mid-palate. Lovely saltiness in the finish. Gourmet pairings: piece of medium-rare tuna steak with sesame oil and a reduction of honey and yuzu. Comments: a beautiful success, a great richness.
