Domaine Jean-Jacques Confuron
Visual aspect: deep and quite dense crimson colour. Nose: fine and concentrated on a good material. Palate: rich, full, deep. We find the fineness of the Pinot noir. Finish on a lovely woodiness. Match with food: duck fillet, Jerusalem artichoke purée with some chanterelles. Comments: a great wine to wait for.
