Visual aspect: salmon and coral pink colour. Very fine and brilliant bubbles. Silvery disk. Nose: vinous, mushroom. Aromatic structure, burlat cherry. Palate: moreish, fresh, vinous. Nice balance, harmonious. Reminds the nose. Beautiful material which ends with liquorice. Match with food: fattened chicken with mushrooms; pheasant with cherries and cranberries. Comments: an excellent gastronomic rosé, it's rare!
