Visual aspect: deep pink hue, slightly orangy. Nose: Tagada sweet at first nose, an tangy side. We smell the Pinot Noir. Notes of blackcurrant in the second nose. Palate: pigeon-heart cherries, crispy, beautiful acidity. Ephemeral bubble on the palate, medium length. Match with food: cherry tart; Forêt Noire cake; venison with Morello cherry sauce. Comments: Eric Marin wishes a very fruity rosé.
