Visual aspect: salmon pink colour, beautiful brilliance and translucency, very fine bubbles. Nose: exudes scents of raspberry, redcurrant, strawberry. Very pleasant, ethereal and fresh. Palate: very ample palate, a lot of material which leads to a long and generous aftertaste. Aromas of red fruits. Match with food: with terrine of game with cranberries; red fruit zabaglione. Comments: a really lovely wine, pleasant and generous. One of our favourites.
