Visual aspect: pale yellow hue, very fine bubbles, light ring. Nose: fresh nose with a kind of acidity and scents of apricot. Palate: pure first taste. Vivid and well-structured palate. Very fruity with aromas of citrus. Long finish with a lovely vividness. Match with food: poached fattened chicken, supreme sauce. Comments: a Special cuvee that does not betray the terroir it stems from. A beautiful Champagne.
