Visual aspect: beautiful pale yellow hue, green tinges. Brilliant and limpid. Nose: delicate, fine with citrussy scents. Mineral, salty, chalky. Palate: vivid first taste, fresh palate. We find the citrus notes (grapefruit). Nice harmony of the whole. The finish is long and with a beautiful freshness. A nice Picpoul. Match with food: grilled shellfish; fresh goat's cheese; tomato and basil crumble. Comments: an elegant and fresh wine.
