Visual aspect: pale gold yellow colour. Nose: floral, expressive, very fine and elegant. Palate: an ample, complex, frank wine, still very young, excellent minerality. Match with food: platter of seafood, crab salad. Comments: stil very young but with a tremendous ageing potential.
