Visual aspect: dark garnet-red colour, dark, deep. Still brilliant and pure. Light evolution. Nose: powerful and generous aromas, cherry, garrigue, smoked. A warm and elegant character at the same time. Palate: rich, well-structured and broad. Very long. Deep aromas and present tannins. Match with food: game; stew. Comments: wine with a very good structure, to drink over strong dishes. Very good wine for the vintage.
