Visual aspect: concentrated. Nose: fragrances of flowers and fruit, peony and liquorice. Rich, it brings to mind scents of spices. Delicious, aromas of sugared almonds and flaked almonds. Palate: excellent first taste. The tannins are melted on the finish. Lovely balance, it is linear and well made. Match with food: quails served with pears poached in spices pigeon with olives. Comment: we would like to pay tribute to this excellent winemaking.
