Laurent Sicard and Joffrey Tristan, two young entrepreneurs from Toulouse, have created the brand Glooters, cocktail capsules congealed with agar agar, a naturally gelling algae. Inspired by the Jello shots already existing in the Anglo-Saxon countries since the 80s, the glooters are made with the same ingredients as those used in a bar to make a real cocktail: quality alcohol, pure juice, syrup, spices ... The agar agar helps to gel the preparation and makes the consumption of cocktails fun and festive. Four cocktails are currently available: Mojito, Pina Colada, Sex on the Beach and Sunrise. They are all have a 12.5 proof and are packaged in 20 gram recyclable capsules.
