Champagne Cottanceau-Prignitz
Color: pretty pink hue, steady, limpid. Fine bubbles. Nose: frank, with small red fruits. Palate: fresh attack, with red fruit aromas. The bubbles remain elegant. Beautiful finish, with roundness and a sensation of indulgence. Pairing: tomato tart. Comment: a nice tasting champagne with Pinot Noir vinified in white and also in red. Very interesting. Cellar for 3 years.
