Color: golden hue, silver disk. Nose: first nose with beautiful freshness, white flowers, crisp fruits. At the second nose, the buttery notes of Chardonnay reveal themselves, aromas of toasted brioche. Palate: clear and fresh attack. Mid-palate with hints of bitter almond, apple seeds, just ripened fruits. A nice fatness appears at the end of the palate. Pairing: roast poultry and preserved lemon. Comment: a wine that will round out with age, to become great.
