Palate: delicate attack, lovely fruit (blueberries, fresh fruits), leather, toasty, supple. Melted tannins. Pairing: beef steak with Bordelaise sauce; barbecue pork ribs and Sarladaise potatoes. Comment: a wine of pleasure, fine, elegant, delicate. At its peak in the coming years (3-5 years).
