Color: deep garnet hue. Nose: intense and deep, evolving aromas, sweet spices and undergrowth (mushrooms). Palate: soft attack, melted tannins, very ripe black fruits. Balanced tannins. Melted but fresh palate, finesse and length. Pairing: roasted pigeon with cep mushrooms. Comment: an exceptional vintage, enjoyable to taste. Cellar for 5 years.
