Color: cherry red, violet rim, brilliant reflections. Nose: expressive first nose, spicy. On the second nose, more complex notes of cooked fruits and leather. Palate: silky, with present but quite supple tannins. Spicy, peppery, very fruity. Medium-intensity length. Pairing: Bazas beef flank steak, marinade with three peppers, green beans with tomato. Comment: an original Malbec, fruity and fresh, expressing the typicity of its terroir. Cellar for 3-4 years.
