Still fresh and minty acidity giving the wine a refreshing character. Beautiful amplitude of the finish. Pairing: Saint-Marcellin cheese; Bresse chicken with chanterelles. Comment: a beautiful bottle full of freshness and indulgence, in line with the vintage.
