Color: pale yellow with green reflections. Nose: open and generous, exhaling fruity aromas (peach, pear, fresh apple). Palate: supple and rich, with beautiful body and good freshness. Mineral and refreshing finish. Pairing: Bresse poultry. Comment: a very fine Chardonnay in all simplicity.
