Color: bright white, silvery, pale. Nose: intense, very mineral, beautiful typicity of Meursault. Second nose on flint stone, citrus, very fine, aniseed, fennel. Palate: crisp attack, acidic thread at the end that underlines the balance. Nice fruity, rosehip, crunchy. Retro-olfaction is driven by minerality. Pairing: lobster in aspic; poached fish with fennel reduction. Comment: harmonious wine with a very nice typicity of the AOC.
