Color: white, pale yellow, green reflections. Crystal clear, pure, brilliant. Nose: very aromatic, straightforward, linden, hawthorn. Palate: beautiful attack, good balance. Aromas of white citrus, lemon, quince, slightly toasted notes. A generous wine on the palate. It retains a lot of freshness. Pairing: scallop carpaccio; pistachio crumble and foie gras. Comment: beautiful substance.
